I am a licensed Professional Home Inspector through the Texas Real Estate Commission TREC License # 26926-PI and hold an AWS Certified Welding Inspector License (18117021). Since beginning my career in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in 2007, I have contributed to projects ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings, as well as offshore oil and gas platforms. My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of inspection standards and best practices across diverse industries.

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University. During my academic journey, I developed a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical knowledge, which has provided me with a diverse skill set and a global perspective necessary for success in my profession.
